Privacy Policy

A short overview of how Pixel Art handles your data. Your images stay on your device — we never upload or store them.

Effective date: July 23, 2026

1. Your images stay on your device

When you use our pixel art generator, bead art maker, or pixel draw tool, all image processing happens entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers. Closing the page clears everything.

2. Analytics we use

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use Pixel Art. These services may collect:

  • Pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, and session duration.
  • Device type, browser, screen size, and general location (country/city level).
  • Anonymous heatmaps and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity).

We do not collect your IP address ourselves. Google and Microsoft may process technical identifiers under their own privacy policies. You can opt out using browser settings or extensions like Google Analytics Opt-out.

3. Contact & feedback forms

When you use our Contact or Feedback forms, we receive your name, email, message, and submission time. These are forwarded to private Discord channels via webhooks. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage for rate-limiting form submissions and tracking Pixel Studio requests. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. We don't sell your data

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or rent form submissions to marketers. Data is only shared with Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Discord (form delivery), and hosting providers as needed to run the Service.

6. Children

Pixel Art is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not submit Contact or Feedback forms. If you believe a child shared personal info, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. For privacy questions, use our Contact page with "Privacy" in the subject.
